Returns Policy

If a product is found to be faulty and was purchased directly from Active Life Shop, please notify us for an exchange or credit. (Faulty products are subject to inspection before a return is processed.)

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, personal products such as bath sponge, foot brush, comb, hair brush, hair washer, eye drop dispenser, toilet seat raiser and bottom wiper are non-refundable.

If you wish to return a product because the item does not meet your needs, we will issue an exchange or credit provided that:

  • You return the item within 14 days.
  • The item is unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Altered, damaged, washed, worn or stained products will not be accepted.
  • All components have been returned in good condition.

Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

If goods are found to be damaged on arrival, you must notify us within 7 days of its receipt.

No return or exchange for discounted sale items unless it is faulty.

No refunds will be paid until such time as the goods have been returned to our warehouse, inspected and approved.

A $15 shipping charge will be applied to the dispatch of a replacement or exchange item.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your online order. When your order arrives, please send the item that you no longer require back to us, and we will arrange a refund.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location. Delivery to the Sydney metropolitan area and other major cities generally arrive within 5 working days, but may take up to a week. For other part of Australia, usually within 14 days. For international shipment, it depends on the country of destination, we will advise our customer upon international shipping quotation. Please drop us a line to get a quote.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Orders are dispatched via Australia Post for most orders. We also have a small despatch team delivers within north and western suburbs of Sydney. We can ship via Australia Post Express Parcel by request; please drop us an email for a quote.

How long does order processing take?

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Dispatch times are not guaranteed and may take longer for items that are not in stock. If a product is out of stock or on back order, you will be notified within 24hours.

Do you allow pick-ups from warehouse?

Yes. However, you must place your order at least one day in advance, so we can ensure that the product is in stock and ready for you. Please contact us to arrange time and date for pick-up order.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes, if stock is available, and for Sydney metropolitan area only. Same-day delivery will incur a charge of approximately $35.00. Contact us to arrange a same day delivery.

My order didn’t arrive. What now?

Because your order is dispatched by Australian Post, you must be at home at the time that delivery is attempted. Otherwise, you may have missed your delivery. Australian Post should have left a card notifying you of how to get in touch with them. If you still can’t find your order, please contact us and we will track it for you.

Do you provide tracking numbers?

Tracking numbers are presently not provided with shipment. However, you can contact us to request order tracking.

Do you deliver internationally (outside Australia)?

Yes, we deliver to every part of the world. Please drop us a line for shipping and handling charges. Please note that all import/export taxes and custom duties will be bared by customer.

Postage rate

All items featured in our catalogue have been priced to ensure the best possible value for your money. There are costs involved in posting your order to you, this includes costs to cover damaged or items lost during transit.

Postage and handling are calculated on the total value of the items ordered. Depending on your order value shipping will generally range from as little as $8.90 to no more than $25. Please refer to the postage and handling cost table below:

$40.01 – $60.00 = $10.90
$60.01 – $80.00 = $12.90
$80.01 – $100.00 = $14.90
Orders over $100.01 = $15.90
Bulk Shipping =$25.00

Bulk shipping is only charged on very few oversized items. The shipping on these items is clearly marked. This cost is added per bulky item order. These prices are valid for delivery across Australia only.

Of course, if you would rather not pay for delivery, you are always welcome to pop by our warehouse and buy items directly.

We accept all major credit cards via PayPal. You can also choose to pay using PayPal which has the feature of being able to pay directly from your bank account. No debit or credit card required.

Do you have showroom?

It is not a showroom but we are happy to show you the product you are interested in. However, please give us notice at least one day in advance prior to dropping by so we can ensure that the product is in stock and ready for you. Please contact us to arrange time and date to view or pick-up order.

I received an email from you, how did you get my details?

We contact customers that have either purchased from us or have expressed an interest in receiving emails from Active Life Shop. You may have opted in to our e-newsletter.
